My Favorite Daily Supplements as a Busy Mom
It’s crazy how you forget all the everyday things you have to stop having once you get pregnant. Most people think about not eating sushi or having that glass of wine after a long day. When I went in for a follow up 6 months later my levels were back to normal. I also noticed that felt more energized and my mood was much better as well. I love that it’s in a liquid form too!
